Introducing the ultimate Varm Macka – the Snowdonia Cheese take on the classic Swedish open sandwich. It pairs the intensely savoury notes of our award-winning Black Bomber extra mature Cheddar with prosciutto crudo ham, sliced vine tomatoes and toasted sourdough. Relish every bite.

Method

  1. Drizzle a little olive oil on the bread. 
  2. Toast both sides in a heavy-based cast-iron skillet, flipping with a spatula.
  3. In the skillet, add the prosciutto and sliced vine tomatoes, then top with the sliced Black Bomber.
  4. Place the skillet containing the open sandwiches under the grill until the cheese is melted and golden.
