Layering barbecue sauce, crunchy coleslaw, pulled pork and a handful of our bestselling smoked cheese, this turns a simple tortilla into a quick and delicious weekend lunch.
Method
- Spread 1 dessertspoon of barbecue sauce over the wrap, then top it with 1 tablespoon of coleslaw and a handful of pulled pork.
- Season to taste and top with grated cheese.
- Fold in the ends of the wrap and roll it up firmly.
- Cut in half to serve.
