Wow, this one is taking

Wow, this one is taking me a while to get through because after two slices my mouth is on fire! Lol

This is quite a firm texture red cheddar that is packed full of flavour! As ever, it is top of class quality, and is perfect for crackers and drinks . . though a bit much for sandwiches unless you are really brave! Love it!
